Customer Service Assistant
Greenway Utilities is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to support customers across phone, email, and online channels. This role is ideal for someone looking to build confidence, develop communication skills, and grow within a supportive workplace.
No previous industry experience is required. Full training will be provided.

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Log and update customer information accurately
